Dennis Shivers is a regular customer at the King Kullen store in Middle Island, where the New York Lottery said a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $208 million -- the largest ever for a winning ticket on Long Island -- was sold.

Shivers usually buys a Mega ticket when he visits the store; he did not on Tuesday.
